If you’re a recreational athlete or a dancer, you need to look after your movements and make sure that before doing such large movements, you should stretch or rather strengthen the adductor muscles.
How long will it take to recover?
There is no exact time of recovery for a pulled pelvic muscles since the recovery period will depend on the kind of injury.
According to some studies, you can detect the progress of your pelvic injury basing on the pain. While recovering, it is best to not include any activity or sports that will use your adductor muscles since it can only trigger pain.
If you wish to get back to any fitness-related activity or training, you may do so but only by doing it gradually.
