How to Prevent Having Groin Pull

- Remember to warm up your thigh muscles and legs before doing any physical activity to reduce the risk of having muscle strains. Warm-up exercises such as jogging can do the trick.
- Slowly increase the intensity of your physical activity.
- You should wear shoes that fit you well and have a good support.
- Once you feel pain while exercising, you should stop for a while.
